Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into uniform pieces.
  2. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add the warm evaporated milk and butter to the potatoes.
  5. Mash them until creamy and smooth, adding salt to taste.
