Cooking the Pasta
- Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Shrimp
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from pan.
Making the Sauce
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
Combining Ingredients
- Return shrimp to the pan, then toss in pasta. Stir to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
