  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.

  6. Whisk the butter and heavy cream into the chicken stock until the butter has melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with fresh dill. Cook for 1 minute to rewarm the chicken.
  8. Serve immediately.
