  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth (or milk)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth until smooth.
Cooking
  1. For Crock Pot cooking: Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour the ranch mixture over. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. For oven cooking: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish, pour the sauce over, and bake for about 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce and it’s ready to enjoy.
