  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine, ensuring the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm, optionally with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes
