Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or plant-based alternative.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For browning the beef.
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic Adds flavor.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup corn kernels Fresh, canned, or frozen.
  • 2 cups cooked pasta Penne, rotini, or any short pasta.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or green onions, chopped Optional for garnish.

Method

Cooking Pasta
  1. Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Once done, drain and set aside.
Browning Beef
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Season your beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
Adding Flavors
  1. Toss in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning to the beef and mix until evenly coated.
  3. Stir in the corn kernels and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
Creating Sauce
  1. Add butter and let it melt, then pour in heavy cream and beef broth. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Mix in the Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and the sauce thickens to a luscious consistency.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it in the creamy sauce.
  2. Allow it to simmer for 1–2 minutes so the flavors meld beautifully.
Serving
  1. Finish with parsley or green onions, and serve hot.
