Cooking Pasta
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Chicken
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute.
Combining Ingredients
- Lower the heat and stir in the Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until all ingredients are coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
