Ingredients
  

Dressing
  • 1/3 dl sour cream
  • 1/2 dl mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dry dill Use fresh herbs for additional flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
Vegetables
  • 2 medium-sized cucumbers, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 3 roma tomatoes, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 thinly sliced sweet onion
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, vinegar, and garlic powder.
  2. Add the prepared cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion to the bowl.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the vegetables into the dressing until well coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate the salad until ready to serve for the best flavor.
