- Take a tortilla and add a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center. Roll it up tightly, securing the filling inside.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully fry the taquitos in the hot oil until they’re golden brown and crispy, rotating to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the taquitos from the oil and drain them on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces!
