Preparation
  1. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic, onion, and bell peppers until they soften and become fragrant.
  2. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a blender, adding cilantro and cream. Blend until smooth.
Cooking
  1. Pour the blended sauce back into the pan. Mix in the cream cheese, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika, stirring until well combined and the cream cheese is melted into the mixture.
  2. Add the cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken to the pan, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
  3. Finish by sprinkling grated cheese over the pasta, mixing until well incorporated. Serve warm and enjoy!
