Pasta and Shrimp
  • 8 oz Pasta of your choice (fettuccine or linguine) You can use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta.
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined Cooked until pink and opaque.
Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup Mixed four cheeses (mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, cream cheese) High-quality cheeses recommended.
Flavorings
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Freshly minced garlic enhances flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing garlic and shrimp.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasonings according to preference.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Reduce the heat and add the cheese mixture, stirring until melted and creamy.
  2. Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp and sauce, tossing until well coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
