Preparation
  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; once done, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the shrimp, diced onion, and minced garlic, sautéing until the shrimp turns pink.
  4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and let it cook for another minute.
  5. Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese; mix until everything is well combined and creamy.
  6. Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet, ensuring every strand is coated in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
