  • 8 oz linguine Or any preferred pasta.
  • 2 tbsp butter For the sauce.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor to the sauce.
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced For the sauce.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with light cream for a lighter version.
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth Or vegetable broth for a vegetarian option.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan For a creamy finish.
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional) Adds a smoky flavor.
  • to garnish Chopped fresh parsley For presentation.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Combine the chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt the butter. Sauté garlic and bell pepper for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Add cream, broth, paprika, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked linguine and chicken to the pan. Toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
