  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • cups milk
  • 10.5 ounces can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Equipment

  • Large Pot
  • Baking Dish
  • Aluminum Foil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti al dente as directed on the package. Rinse and drain under cold water.

  4. Reduce heat and add the milk, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
