- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the spaghetti al dente as directed on the package. Rinse and drain under cold water.
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion and cook until softened. Add the minced garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Reduce heat and add the milk, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Place the cooked spaghetti in a baking dish. Top with grated mozzarella cheese, grated cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm, sprinkled with chopped parsley if desired.
