  • 1 block cream cheese (8 ounces), at room temperature
  • 2 large garden spinach herb tortilla wraps (or large flour tortillas)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeño, seeded and finely diced add more for an extra kick!
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, dried cranberries, jalapeño, and chives.
  2. Mix everything until it’s well-blended; you want a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. Place the tortillas on a clean flat surface.
  4. Divide the mixture in half and spread half onto each tortilla, reaching the edges.
  5. Carefully roll each tortilla up tightly.
  6. Wrap the rolled pinwheels in plastic wrap and chill them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
