Preparation

- Place a slice of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce on each pastry strip, adding a sprinkle of fresh thyme.
- Twist each strip to encase the filling, creating a spiral.
- Transfer the twists onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each twist with the egg wash.

- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffed.
