  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips, about 1-inch wide.
  3. Place a slice of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce on each pastry strip, adding a sprinkle of fresh thyme.
  4. Twist each strip to encase the filling, creating a spiral.
  5. Transfer the twists onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush each twist with the egg wash.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffed.
