Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the mushrooms: Remove the stems and clean the caps with a damp cloth.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and crab meat. Mix until well blended.
  4. Add the parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the crab mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil for added flavor.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden and the mushrooms are tender.
  8. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
