Preparation
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Cooking
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked spaghetti and half the cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese, cooked bacon, and green onions on top.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes
