Ingredients
  

Mushrooms and Marinade
  • 1 pound large mushrooms Choose the largest mushrooms for a more substantial bite.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with avocado oil for richer flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Can substitute with regular paprika plus a pinch of cayenne.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Carefully clean the mushrooms and remove their stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush this flavorful marinade over the mushrooms, making sure to coat them evenly.
Grilling
  1. Place the mushrooms on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they’re tender and showing a lovely char.
  2. Once done, remove them from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
