  • 1 lb ground beef Brown thoroughly for deeper flavor.
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup Can substitute with cream of chicken soup.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice) Options include pepper jack or mozzarella.
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Be sure to drain off any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the corn, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle your choice of shredded cheese over the beef layer.
  6. Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy the deliciousness!

Notes
