Preparation
  1. Throw the cottage cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning in your blender. Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth, this will take about a minute.
  2. Transfer the creamy blend into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it’s warmed through, which should take just a few minutes.
  3. Serve the sauce over your choice of cooked pasta or veggies. If desired, sprinkle on some fresh herbs for garnish.

Notes
