  • 1 full onion Chopped
  • 2 tins corned beef
  • 6-7 pieces potatoes Chopped
  • 1 piece carrot Diced (or 2-3 if preferred)
  • 2 cubes beef oxo
  • 80 ml water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the onion and the potatoes into small pieces. Dice the carrot as well.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker.
  3. Stir everything together to mix well.
Cooking
  1. Cook on high for around 5 hours. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  2. Check the potatoes and carrots; they should be tender and the flavors should meld together.
