  • 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk No substitutes
  • 1.5 cups finely chopped/crushed pecans or almonds Feel free to substitute other nuts
  • 1 pound sweetened coconut
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste
  • 12 oz Ghirardelli melting chocolate Half white and half milk chocolate recommended

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the Sweetened Condensed Milk, sweetened coconut, crushed nuts (if using), and powdered sugar. Stir well until everything is well mixed.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the freezer and let it chill for about 10 minutes.
  3. Once the mixture is slightly firm, remove it from the freezer. Start rolling the mixture into 1 to 1 ½ inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt your Ghirardelli chocolate according to package instructions. Dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Let the chocolate harden before serving.
