- In a large bowl, combine the Sweetened Condensed Milk, sweetened coconut, crushed nuts (if using), and powdered sugar. Stir well until everything is well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to the freezer and let it chill for about 10 minutes to make rolling easier.
- Once the mixture is slightly firm, remove it from the freezer. Roll the mixture into 1 to 1 ½ inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- In a separate bowl, melt your Ghirardelli chocolate according to package instructions. Dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Let the chocolate harden before serving.
