Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, sweetened coconut, chopped nuts (if using), and powdered sugar.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pop the bowl in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Once slightly firm, scoop and roll the mixture into 1 to 1 ½ inch balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Dipping
- Melt your chocolate according to package instructions and dip each coconut ball until fully coated.
- Let the chocolate set on the baking sheet in the refrigerator until firm.

Notes
