Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tins tins of baked beans
  • 1 tin tin of corned beef, sliced
  • 1 small Onion, sliced
  • to taste Mixed herbs Use your favorite blend
  • 2-3 medium Potatoes, thinly sliced
  • optional Grated cheese Add before the end of cooking if desired

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the slow cooker.
  • Layer the baked beans on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add a layer of sliced corned beef.
  • Add a layer of sliced onions seasoned with mixed herbs.
  • Layer the thinly sliced potatoes on top.

Cooking

  • Cook on high for 30 minutes, then switch to low for 6 hours.
  • Optional: Add grated cheese on top before the end of cooking if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge before reheating. Adjust layers and ingredients based on personal preferences.
