- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked and rinsed ditalini pasta, coleslaw mix, finely chopped white onion, thinly chopped celery ribs, seeded and finely chopped cucumbers, and chopped small green bell pepper. Toss them together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together real mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and ground black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss again to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the salad and chill it in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
