Preparation
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef (or sausage) until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a crockpot or a large saucepan, combine the cooked meat, Rotel tomatoes, and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and everything is combined.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and chili powder (if using). Stir until the cheese is fully melted and the dip is creamy.
Serving
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
