Preparation

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the corn syrup, softened butter, flour, and vanilla extract. Mix until blended.
  4. Gently fold in the coarsely chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the filling into your pie crust, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly jiggly.
Cooling
  1. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
