Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to create the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until everything is well combined.
- Gently swirl in the prepared cinnamon roll batter to create a marbled effect.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. It’s perfectly fine if it has a slight jiggle!
- Remove from the oven and let it cool, then chill in the refrigerator before slicing and serving.
