Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
For the filling
  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each) Room temperature
  • 1 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs Room temperature
  • 1 cups cinnamon roll batter Prepared or store-bought
  • 1 cups sour cream

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to create the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until everything is well combined.
  5. Gently swirl in the prepared cinnamon roll batter to create a marbled effect.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. It’s perfectly fine if it has a slight jiggle!
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool, then chill in the refrigerator before slicing and serving.
