  • 2 large Large eggs
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter For cooking
  • Optional toppings: Powdered sugar or maple syrup Feel free to customize with other toppings.

Preparation
  1. Open the tube of cinnamon rolls and set the icing packet aside for later.
  2. Slice each cinnamon roll into 6 to 8 bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Gently toss the cinnamon roll pieces in the custard mixture, ensuring that they are lightly coated.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Arrange the coated bites in a single layer in the skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until they turn golden brown.
  3. For air fryer option, preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Place the bites in a single layer and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
Serving
  1. Warm the icing packet in hot water, drizzle it generously over the bites, and serve immediately with optional powdered sugar or maple syrup.
