Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray your muffin pan to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the apple chunks with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir until the apples are coated.
- Spoon the apple mixture onto the wide end of each triangle of crescent dough and roll it up tightly.
- Arrange the rolled dough in the muffin cups.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk until smooth.
- Remove the cupcakes from the oven and drizzle the glaze over them while they are still hot.
