Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped broccoli and cauliflower florets.
  2. Toss in the sliced red onion and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, sugar, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour this creamy dressing over the veggie mix.
  5. Gently toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend seamlessly.
