  • 2 cups pretzel bites mini pretzels or pretzel twists broken into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup chocolate melts any flavor/color: semi-sweet, milk, white, or colored candy melts
  • 1 cup sprinkles holiday colors or nonpareils
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes are best

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you want to warm the pretzels.
  2. Spread the pretzel bites evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone mat in a single layer.
  3. Melt the chocolate according to the package instructions, stirring until smooth and glossy.
Decoration
  1. Drizzle or spoon melted chocolate over each pretzel bite, ensuring enough chocolate to stick the sprinkles.
  2. Immediately add sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
Setting
  1. Allow the pretzel bites to sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, approximately 15–30 minutes.
  2. For faster setting, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Once the chocolate is set, drizzle caramel sauce across the bites and sprinkle with sea salt.
