Ingredients

  • 2 lbs white almond bark (chopped)
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oz German sweet chocolate (chopped)
Other Ingredients
  • 32 oz cocktail peanuts Feel free to swap with your favorite nuts or dried fruits.
  • to taste holiday sprinkles (optional) For added festivity!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line your crockpot with a slow cooker liner and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. Add the chopped white almond bark, semisweet chocolate chips, and chopped German chocolate into the crockpot.
  3. Cover the crockpot with a kitchen towel and then place the lid on top.
Cooking
  1. Set the crockpot to high and let the chocolates melt for about 1 hour.
  2. After that, reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional hour, stirring every 20 minutes until melted.
  3. Once all ingredients are melted and blended, remove the lid and towel, then stir in the cocktail peanuts.
Final Steps
  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto it.
  2. Add holiday sprinkles if desired, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set.
