  • 1 12 oz bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 4 oz bar German sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 32 oz container cocktail peanuts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line your crockpot with a slow cooker liner and give it a quick spray with cooking spray for easy cleanup.
  2. Add the chopped almond bark, chocolate chips, and German chocolate to the slow cooker.
  3. Cover the mixture with a kitchen towel, then place the lid on top to trap heat and moisture.
Cooking
  1. Set your crockpot to high and cook for about 1 hour.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
  3. Once melted, remove the lid and towel, then gently fold in the peanuts until fully combined.
Setting the Candy
  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with wax paper.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto the sheet.
  3. If you’re feeling festive, sprinkle with holiday sprinkles!
  4. Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the candy to set.
