Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Combine the mixed fruit and glacé cherries in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the chocolate milk and Baileys, mixing them until well blended.
- Gradually add the self-raising flour, mixing until you have a smooth batter.
- Transfer the batter into a greased cake pan, ensuring it's evenly spread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours, or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool before serving and enjoy.
