Ingredients
  

For the meat mixture

  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef to reduce excess fat.
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American) Cheddar and American cheese work great.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the creamy sriracha mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste) Feel free to adjust the amount of sriracha in the mayo to suit your taste.

For assembly

  • Slider buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion Try adding other toppings like pickled jalapeƱos or bacon for extra flavor.

Preparation

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the chopped dill pickles, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until it melts.
  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha. Mix well.

Assembly

  • To assemble the sliders, place a spoonful of the meat mixture on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  • Drizzle with the sriracha mayonnaise and add any optional toppings.
  • Place the top half of the slider bun on and serve warm.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat them in the microwave or oven before serving. You can cook the meat mixture ahead of time and assemble the sliders just before serving. You can freeze the cooked meat mixture and thaw it before assembling the sliders.
