Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut each caramel into halves to ensure they melt evenly and fit on the pretzels.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Arrange the mini pretzels on the baking sheet and place a piece of caramel on each one.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes, watching closely until the caramel is just melted.
- Once melted, take the baking sheet out and gently press a pecan half onto each melted caramel.
Chocolate Drizzle
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 15-second intervals, stirring well after each time until fully melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over the pretzels, covering the caramel and pecan.
- Allow the Chocolate Turtles to cool and harden before serving.
