Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and white sugar until light and fluffy.
