- Take one roll of the cookie dough and press it evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan to form a sturdy base.
- Spread the creamy cheesecake mixture evenly over the cookie dough base.
- Pinch off small pieces from the second roll of cookie dough and scatter them across the cheesecake layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the cookie pieces on top are golden brown.
- Let the cheesecake cool for about 30 minutes before serving.
