Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Base
  • 2 packages 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened Can use reduced-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Cookie Dough
  • 2 packages 18 ounce packages chocolate chip cookie dough Can use homemade cookie dough.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and thoroughly blended.
  3. Take one roll of the cookie dough and press it evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan to form a sturdy base.
  4. Spread the creamy cheesecake mixture evenly over the cookie dough base.
  5. Pinch off small pieces from the second roll of cookie dough and scatter them across the cheesecake layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the cookie pieces on top are golden brown.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool for about 30 minutes before serving.
