Ingredients
  

For the shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined Ensure fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Used for tossing the shrimp.
  • 1 tsp chipotle chili powder Adjust the spice level to your preference.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
For assembling the tacos
  • 1 avocado, diced Fresh and adds creaminess.
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro For topping.
  • 6 small corn tortillas, warmed Warm them in a skillet or microwave.
  • Lime wedges for serving Lime wedges Adds a refreshing touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side until they become opaque and slightly crispy.
Assembly
  1. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft.
  2. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp in the warmed tortillas.
  3. Top with diced avocado and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.
  4. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
