- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
Cooking
- Add the beef strips; stir-fry them until browned, which should take about 3-4 minutes.
- Once browned, remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same pan, toss in the garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and onions. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan, pour in the sauce mixture, and stir well to combine.
- Allow everything to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, letting the sauce thicken.
- Serve hot over prepared rice.
