- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced onions and sauté until softened.
- Stir in sour cream and mix well, cooking until heated through.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
