  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add sliced onions and sauté until softened.
  6. Stir in sour cream and mix well, cooking until heated through.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes
