- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, diced cooked chicken, shredded cheddar, and pepper jack cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Take a flour tortilla and spread about 2 tablespoons of the filling in a line down the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you roll.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Carefully place the rolled taquitos seam-side down into the oil.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Notes
