  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups creamy gravy Feel free to use homemade gravy.
  • 1 package herb stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water or chicken broth Used to prepare stuffing mix.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with diced onions, celery, carrots, potatoes, and creamy gravy.
  3. Pour this hearty mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Prepare the herb stuffing mix according to package instructions, using either water or chicken broth, and spread it evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake in your preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the stuffing is golden brown and heated through.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
