- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, chopped spinach, sliced mushrooms, and cream of chicken soup.
- Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and turns light golden.
