  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Ensure they are boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Use panko or crushed crackers as a substitute
  • 8 oz Pasta (spaghetti or linguine) Pick your favorite pasta type
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 piece Lemon Juiced for flavor
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat them thoroughly in breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the minced garlic, stirring until it’s fragrant.
  2. Cook the breaded chicken in the skillet, turning until each side is golden brown.
  3. In the meantime, boil your pasta according to the package instructions until it reaches al dente perfection.
Combining
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with freshly squeezed lemon juice, the garlic butter from the skillet, and the grated Parmesan.
  2. Toss in the cooked chicken, ensuring everything is well-coated, and serve warm.
