  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced Cut into thin strips for quicker cooking.
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli) Can substitute with frozen vegetables.
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce For added flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil For sautéing.
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced For flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For flavor.
  • Green onions for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions; once done, set them aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Throw in the sliced chicken and cook until it’s no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
  6. Toss in the cooked ramen and drizzle with soy sauce, mixing everything together until well combined.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving. Enjoy every bite!
