- In a bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and egg. Add the steak strips and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
Coating
- In another bowl, mix the flour, crushed crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Frying
- Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Take the marinated steak strips and dredge them in the flour mixture, pressing to coat them well.
- Fry the coated steak strips in the hot oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried steak fingers and drain them on paper towels. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes
